Lancering videoclip

U bent van harte uitgenodigd op de lancering van COMPUTER_SONG, een nieuwe videoclip van buren (collectief van Oshin Albrecht & Melissa Mabesoone).

De tekst en het nummer beschrijven de relatie die we hebben of zouden kunnen hebben met een computer. buren stelt vragen aan deze "levensgezel" en benadert het object met serieuze en sensuele belangstelling, waarbij een nieuw licht wordt geworpen op de bijna absurde handelingen die we allemaal zo vaak verrichten. Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V. Kopiëren en plakken.

De videoclip wordt begeleid door een informele en informatieve radio-slash-dj-sessie uit de computer_song_database. Je kan er naar luisteren en je voeten bewegen onder het genot van een speciale cocktail gemaakt door muzikant-masseur-kok Benne Dousselaere. Cinematografie door Anaïs Chabeur.

buren is een collectief opgericht door Oshin Albrecht en Melissa Mabesoone. Via performance, video, tekst, objecten, fotografie en installatie navigeren ze door ideeën over gemeenschap, huiselijkheid, gender, (kunst)geschiedenis en neoliberale fantasieën. Met een sterke visuele en muzikale drive benadert buren de scène als een kritische speeltuin, een oppervlak waarop ze continu (her)spelen.
