Open call voor tieners en jongeren

das Kunst: Kunstatelier

das Kunst organiseert iedere woensdag het Kunstatelier voor tieners en jongeren in Kunsthal Gent. Er wordt wekelijks afgesproken om te experimenteren met kunst en technologie, immersieve kunst te maken én te spieken bij boeiende kunstenaars.

Onder begeleiding van een jonge kunstenaar ga je op zoek naar manieren om een idee tot leven te wekken in een nieuwe digitale vorm. Analoge materialen worden getransformeerd tot 3D-scans en je bouwt met virtual reality en augmented reality een nieuwe wereld in virtuele ruimtes.

Je start klein en brengt de straat van het Kunstatelier virtueel in kaart. In een volgende fase bedenk je manieren om de straat te verbeteren: transport, wonen, eten, vrije tijd, reclame, groen, … Stap voor stap wordt er uitgebreid en creëer je een hele nieuwe wereld vol realistische en fantasierijke oplossingen voor de toekomst.

Op het einde van het traject volgt er een toonmoment.
