Syllabus Reading Group #12

De Syllabus Reading Group word georganiseerd rond het werk 'Syllabus' van de Ierse kunstenaar Jesse Jones: een monumentaal gordijn met de arm van Silvia Federici creëert een ruimte voor activistische bijeenkomsten. Uitgangspunt is het werk van Silvia Federici en andere teksten die aansluiten bij haar activistisch-feministische praktijk.

LET OP deze bijeenkomst gaat uitzonderlijk door op zaterdagmiddag omdat Jesse Jones dan in Gent is! In samenwerking met Kunstencentrum 404 organiseert zij in de feministische boekhandel Rokko een boekenclub over het personage van de heks in jeugdliteratuur. We komen dus samen in Rokko, en in aanwezigheid van Jesse Jones en Naomi Moonveld Nkosi, een jonge schrijfster en performer uit Dublin. Alle info hier.
