'Je hebt iets nieuws gemaakt. Je had een idee, en vertaalde het in een originele vorm. Je wilt het delen met de wereld, wat inhoudt dat het tijd is om na te denken over auteursrechten. Hoe beschermt de wet mijn werk? Wat zijn collectieve rechten, volgrechten? Hoe lang geldt het auteursrecht, en bij wie kan ik terecht voor meer informatie? Tijdens deze lezing bespreken we de basisbegrippen en geven we je tips over dit aspect van je professionele activiteit als visueel kunstenaar.'
