Artshizzle:
Kunst Heelt!

Kunst Heelt

In October, Artshizzle hosts a series of workshops on mental well-being at Kunsthal Gent. On each evening, an expert in the matter is invited to share their knowledge. You’ll get insights and practical tips. Afterwards we visit the exhibition in the light of the evening's theme.

On October 6, the focus will be on the theme of stress.

Global warming, war in Ukraine, skyrocketing energy prices: plenty of reasons to get stressed. Do you also find it hard to cope with the stress that change brings? Annemarie Van Engeland of The Human Link tells us how to better cope with these feelings.

On 13 October, we explore sleep.

Are you the type who just can't get to sleep and then struggles to get a good night’s rest? Or do you often wake up at 3am with no explanation? Hanne Raets is an expert on sleep and tells you what you need to know to optimise your sleep: the do's and don'ts of naps, techniques to curb nocturnal mulling over things, or simply the conditions for a good night's sleep.
