3 new exhibitions

Pay what you can

Opening weekend:
Martin Belou, Ritsart Gobyn, croxhapox

Join us for the opening weekend, 25 - 27 september in Kunsthal Gent, with 3 new openings!

>>> As an addition to the Endless Exhibition, French artist Martin Belou is developing a synaesthetic experience that hovers between sculpture and performance. Model-like mud huts are combined with an ephemeral light intervention in the heights of the space. The whole forms a blueprint for a village and for a meeting: a mesmerizing place to be used by visitors. (Martin Belou - Remuer Ciel et Terre, until 20/12)

>>> In the new pavillion on top of the cinema, Ghent artist Ritsart Gobyn presents his trompe-l'oeil paintings in a spatial installation: the illusion in the works themselves is extended to the space. (Ritsart Gobyn - Memories of things to be done, until 29/11)

>>> In the Old House, croxhapox celebrates their 30th anniversary with THIR(S)TY THIR(S)TY #1: Looking at the letter A, an exhibition curated by Lore Smolders, with Eleanor Ivory Weber, Laure Prouvost, Leendert van Accoleyen, Lieselotte vloeberghs, Maarten De Vrieze, Mekhitar Garabedian, Sjoerd van Leeuwen. (until 25/10)
