Refuge

The programme line Refuge hands over the Oud Huis to two Ghent organisations or collectives per year, with a carte blanche and a budget to make ambitious plans possible.

Vrijdagavonden

The Vrijdagavonden (Friday Evenings) are a platform for activities in collaboration with Ghent artistic organisations and collectives. Artists from the development and exhibition programmes also share their work there, in the form of artist talks, book presentations, film screenings, performances and other events.

Cultural Partner Organisations

Every year, many cultural partner organisations use Kunsthal Gent as a base for their own activities, in front of and behind the scenes; with a high degree of autonomy and co-ownership.

Zomersalon

Zomersalon is a large-scale presentation of a cross-section of Ghent’s visual arts scene (biennial, with over 600 participants, in cooperation with 50+ Ghent partners).

Syllabus Platform

Syllabus Platform offers a monthly access opportunity in the artistic programme for activist groups who want to relate to the visual arts.
