Open Call: can you play tennis?
To activate Asad Raza’s exhibition, we are looking for a few enthusiastic students or volunteers. Experienced tennis players who can guide visitors in an accessible and smooth manner. Ideally, they can play a consistent, controlled ball so that visitors feel at ease and experience the game as natural and enjoyable.
What is expected?
- You are occasionally available during weekends (between May 29 — August 30) and/or during the Gentse Feesten.
- The shifts take place between 10:45 – 14:30 and 14:15 – 18:00.
- You are a highly skilled tennis player: able to provide visitors with smooth returns so they can easily join the game.
- You enjoy interacting with visitors.
What do we offer?
- Remuneration is provided according to PC 329.01.
- For non-students, participation is possible via a volunteer allowance (€44 per shift)
Interested?
The exhibition runs until the end of August and can be visited every weekend during opening hours (Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 to 18:00 and daily during the Gentse Feesten).
Volunteers
The volunteer group of Kunsthal Gent forms an important layer around our operations and the small permanent team of interns and students. We are therefore very grateful for the many volunteers, their enthusiasm, and the help they currently offer in support of our operations. We can always use extra help to keep Kunsthal Gent open during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday, from 11:00 to 18:00).
Are you interested in helping out as an attendant? Feel free to send an email to klaartje@kunsthal.gent
